• Effectively communicate with clients via face-to-face, telephone and written communication.
• Discussion with client and Technical Team regarding Client satisfaction issues.
• Communicating with Technical Department as per Customer Requirement
• Explore new markets to contribute in sales increase.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing to immediate supervisor

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Candidates from Other Educational Background but Skilled in Marketing can also Apply.

Work Experience:

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

  Others Requirements:

  • Age 22 to 32 years
  • Candidates experienced in IT sales Background will get preference.
  • Ability to handle all calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, even billing disputes where the customer may be irate
  • Good communication & negotiation skill.
  • Ability to work under pressure
