Executive/Sr. Executive – HR (For Retail Business Operation)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws, statutes and regulations.
  • To have clear knowledge regarding administrative work, wages, salary and all kinds of welfare issues of employees.
  • Sound knowledge about HR & Admin issues and Labor law with strong communicating ability in English & Bengali.
  • Manage the development and implementation of training programs according Training & Development policies.
  • Assist with recruitment process, Preparing Appointment and Offer letter
  • Works well on own initiative and under instruction.
  • Provide input to the strategy of other HR processes aligned with the overall Organization Development philosophy.
  • Responsible for various HR initiatives which include new hire, performance review process, HRIS, payroll administration etc.
  • Developing proper systems for maintaining and monitoring of appropriate disciplinary action procedures among staff.
  • Look after healthy workplace, hygiene and environment.
  • Proper documentation of personal file, record of workers and officers.
  • To implement KPI based performance management system.
  • To communicate with Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc- if necessary.
  • Maintain different register and service book as per labor law.
  • Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Arts (MA)
  • PGDHRM & Diploma in Social Compliance will be given preference

Work Experience:

  • 5 to 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Hu

    Others Requirements:

    • Age 25 to 35 years
    • Both males and females are allowed to apply
    • Good knowledge of Retail Fashion, Retail Lifestyle, Retail consumable items.
    • Excellent communication skill both English and Bengali
    • Must have basic computer skill, MS Word, MS Excel, E mail etc.
    • Positive professional attitude & self-motivated.
    • Able to work under pressure.
