Executive/ Sr. Executive - (HR/ Admin)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manpower planning, Recruitment, Primary selection, Preparing & updating job description for employees.
  • Department wise CV sort, Call for interview, prepare call response sheet, attendance sheet, rating sheet, grade sheet & coordinate during the interview.
  • Prepare Offer Letter & Appointment Letter, Collect necessary papers from new employees & prepare the personal file.
  • Maintain all employees ID number for head office, corporate office & factory.
  • Execute yearly performance management and analyze the employees performance with previous years.
  • Maintain employee attendance & Leave record of Head office, corporate office & factory employees.
  • Prepare yearly increment letter, promotion letter and letter for appreciation and improvement employees performance.
  • Follow-up, monitoring and make requisition for any requirement.
  • Training activity and arrange various type of meeting as per management requirement.
  • Support for preparation of any kinds of payment sheet (salary & wages, allowance & OT, Bonus, advance, EL encasement etc.).
  • Prepare any kinds of reports; monthly HR report, department wise service analysis report.
  • Update employees transfer, promotion, increment and others information & Conduct and coordinate employees development program.
  • Update the manpower status of head office, corporate office & factory.
  • Update the vacancy status of head office, corporate office & factory.
  • Coordinate with different departments in relation to HR / Administrative activities.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Qualification:

  • BBA / MBA from any reputed university. (Major in HRM preferable).
  • PGDHRM holders will get preference.
  • Skills Required: Email Communications, English as well as computer literacy, reporting to management, speaking in English, Strong administrative quality, Team oriented.

Work Experience:

  • 4 to 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • 4 - 5 years experience in any heavy manufacturing factory HR/Admin like cement, steel etc.
  • Leadership capability is a must.
  • Fluent in English reading & writing.
  • Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
  • Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
  • Working under pressure.
  • Time management.
