Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Well conversant in Global HR as well as Adequate Knowledge in HR functions like acquisition, development, motivation & maintenance.
  • Able to work independently under pressure & self-motivated
  • Should have conceptual ideas
  • Enhances the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Issues job description to all employees along with SMART KPI.
  • Conduct Disciplinary Action as per the procedures of Bangladesh Local Labor Law.
  • Overall follow up of employees Attendance Management, Leave Management & Employee Database & personal file.
  • Monitor, evaluate and develop operating budgets relating to Administration within the department, expenditures for entire administrative operation in a cost-effective manner.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    • Proven working experience in HR Filed.
    • People oriented and results driven.
