Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To expedite Recruitment process through CV Screening, Short listing candidates for interview, Data entry, Formation of Interview Committee and Arrange Interview.
  • To issue Appointment letters, Prepared undertaking documents, organized foundation/ orientation training on joining of new recruits etc
  • To record and update of employees personal files upon Joining, transfer, training, effects of evaluation, confirmation as well as employees Employment History
  • To prepare final settlements documents for separated workers or staff according to company policy.
  • To prepare Monthly and Quarterly Report of the HR Department on time
  • To prepared Quarterly/Yearly reports on Human Resources activities showing number of recruitment, resignation, transfer and workers etc. during a particular period.
  • To prepare and distribute regular Employees PER (Performance Evaluation Report) for Annual Performance Evaluation and Confirmation.
  • To issue Promotion, Increment, Confirmation letter after getting Management Approval.
  • To draft miscellaneous letters on disciplinary action like Showcause/Explanation, Release/Termination etc
  • To ensure officials ID Card & Business Card
  • To perform any other task assigned by the management from time to time

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
