Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Would Be Responsible for All Communication with clients for marketing & selling of airline tickets, holiday packages, visa assistance services and all other travel related services.
  • Market Visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
  • Responsible for Increase in Sales for Existing Customers & Develop new clients/customers.
  • Ability to create new travel related product inclusion and new customer development.
  • Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face-to-face contact to provide a personal travel related service
  • Must have on hand clients and ability to create new clients that periodically result is generating revenue.
  • The candidate must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the authority.
  • The candidate must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
  • Strong relation and keep liaison with VFS and foreign mission, MOFA and Govt. agencies respectively.
  • Full Responsible of Credit Recovery by the staff within the company set time.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping To All the Above Related Activities.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
  • Travel Agency Diploma/Training and International Experience would be an added advantage.
  • Skills Required: B2B Sales, Computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Market Research, Relationship Marketing, Sales Marketing

  • 4 to 6 year(s)

    Others Requirements:

    • Age 25 to 35 years
    • Both males and females are allowed to apply
    • A comprehensive understanding of office and internet technology (browsers, search engines, email word, excel etc.)
    • Must be target oriented and able to fulfill responsibility.
    • Build strong relationship with customer..
    • Fair knowledge on airline fare matrix, tour operation, tour planning, car rental, cruise and hotel reservation, visa assistance services and other travel related services.
    • Self-motivated, self-learning and proactive in identifying all possible solutions to help clients.
    • Should have good verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to prepare daily, weekly, monthly report.
