Roles & Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
• Maintenance and Management of CCTV, Attendances & Access control Device and other IT equipment
• Maintaining IP/PBX Solution with support whenever required.
• Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
• Supporting the roll-out of new ERP Software.
• Prioritizing and managing many open issues at a time.
• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with colleagues and other professionals.
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
• The smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits.
• Close liaison with External Vendors.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma/ B.Sc in CSE/ CS from any reputed university with relevant experience.

Work Experience:

• 2 to 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

  • Age 24 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Able to work independently to provide all ICT related support.
  • Should have strong knowledge over Networking and ICT Hardware troubleshooting
  • Should have strong knowledge over Database Server configuration and management.
  • Must have good knowledge of technical application and a good understanding of operating systems and applications software.
  • Sound Knowledge on Active Directory management and group policy, DNS, DHCP, etc.
  • Must have good knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point, Internet, etc.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Energetic, confident and proactive.
  • Able to learn new technologies in short time.
