Documentation Executive - Operations

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring complete documentation before disbursement of Loan/Lease portfolio through:
  • Preparation of charge documents, i.e. Agreement, Personal Guarantee, Corporate Guarantee, Hypothecation, IGPA, Undertaking, DP Note, Letter of Continuation etc.
  • Preparation of Document Check List
  • Checking all types of security and charge documents as per the requirements/terms of approval.
  • Preparation of Disbursement Memo and processing disbursement.
  • Managing Post Dated Cheques/DDI for instalment collection
  • Providing statements/Tax Certificates and other information to both external clients and internal business units as and when required
  • Any other responsibilities as and when assigned.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)
