Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring complete documentation before disbursement of Loan/Lease portfolio through:
- Preparation of charge documents, i.e. Agreement, Personal Guarantee, Corporate Guarantee, Hypothecation, IGPA, Undertaking, DP Note, Letter of Continuation etc.
- Preparation of Document Check List
- Checking all types of security and charge documents as per the requirements/terms of approval.
- Preparation of Disbursement Memo and processing disbursement.
- Managing Post Dated Cheques/DDI for instalment collection
- Providing statements/Tax Certificates and other information to both external clients and internal business units as and when required
- Any other responsibilities as and when assigned.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)
