Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare periodic Attendance Report
  • Maintain individual & monthly Leave record of Head office and factory employees
  • Preparing Job Description
  • Online job posting
  • Department wise CV sort, Call for interview, prepare call response sheet, attendance sheet, rating sheet, grade sheet & coordinate during the interview
  • Prepare Offer Letter & Appointment Letter, Collect necessary papers from new employees & prepare the personal file
  • Maintain all employees ID number for head office & factory
  • Prepare casual employees salary sheet
  • Prepare the report of bonus entitled employees of head office & factory twice in a year
  • Supervise the job confirmation process & ensure that the confirmation decision has communicated.
  • Send new joined employees list & CV to Accounts & Finance department
  • Prepare promotion, salary increase, show cause, warning & termination letter
  • Prepare Office Memo
  • Process Clearance of the employees and prepare final settlement sheet
  • Prepare reports of Insurance entitled employees with their necessary information
  • Update separated employees database
  • Maintain employees personal file
  • Update the manpower status of head office & factory
  • Update the vacancy status of head office & factory
  • Communicate with Factory regarding different issues
  • Coordinate with different departments in relation to HR activities.
  • Perform day-to-day HR & Administration related functions as per standard.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
