Sr. Executive (Sales & Marketing)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Hunt potential customer for Technology base Security Surveillance Solution Within the Dhaka periphery (DEPZ, Narayanganj, Gazipur, Mymensingh, Saver etc.) and Chittagong (EPZ, business zone etc.).
  • Frequently factory visit for hunting potential customers and identify the scope of work.
  • Have own clients database of RMG and different industrial sector.
  • Generating new business with pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients, together with focusing on growing and developing existing clients.
  • Keep update the daily sales and marketing progress to the management.
  • Assist department head for preparing business plan/budget, reports and maintaining all records.
  • Co-ordinate/Co-operate sales team for information, reports and other necessary. supports to smooth sales function.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Communicate and build affairs with probable clients/customers.
  • Day to day mail checking & replying consequently.
  • Creating proposals, presentations and running product demonstrations.
  • Prepare regular report of activities, plan and progress.
  • Responsibilities like prospect building, generating leads, networking, market research, connecting with clients, creating reports, will be completed through various technological tool thus, the need to be proficient in technological skills.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor/ BBA from any reputed University
  • MBA Preferable

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Age 25 to 30 years
    • Only males are allowed to apply
    • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Industrial Sales, RMG Sector, garments Accessories.
    • Vast knowledge on IP Based hardware (CCTV, PA system, Time Attendance System, Fire Detection and Protection System, Automation Solution etc.)
    • Working Knowledge in Garments, Textile and Industrial sectors with ACCORD and ALLIANCE rules and directives.
    • Sound Knowledge in computer operation.
    • Able to work under pressure and can meet the challenge.
    • Eager to build career in IoT product marketing.
    • Strong negotiation skill and high strategic philosophy.
    • Hard working, disciplined and responsible.
