Roles & Responsibilities:
- ensure potential recruitment for clients
- Recruit specialized or technical person for the clients
- Post job on related portal/social media
- Prepare the job description for various positions
- Prepare interview schedule and arrange interview session of the candidates
- Take initiative interview of candidates over phone before arranging with management
- negotiation with the candidates
- Maintain all kinds of joining formalities before the projects
- Optimize headhunting from the various sources
- Develop a pool of quality candidates for the different positions in advance of need
- Provide progress report and status to line manager
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Skills Required: Integrity, Knowledge on Recruitment, Meet timeline, Preparing JD, PRESENTATION SKILLS
Work Experience:
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
