Roles & Responsibilities:
- To do Day-to-day general administrative work that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment and visit to the field on a regular basis.
- Identify training &development for team members to increase each employees performance as per KPI.
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues.
- To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Prepare SOP for HRD and ensure implementation of it.
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization.
- Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies etc.
- Assist & coordinate performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
- Prepare migration analysis report and organogram for the company.
- Motivate, Counsel the employees to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HR, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR.
- PGD will add value.
Work Experience:
- 5 to 7 year(s)

- Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Office.
