Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing attendance, payroll, benefit, disciplinary procedure etc. using HR software.
  • Resolution of disputes in production floor time to time.
  • Counseling for better performance in terms of attendance, behavior and productivity.
  • Maintain confidential records, including personnel files.
  • Checking relevant documents such as daily attendance report, leave application, joining letter, confirmation letter, increment letter etc.
  • Coordinate training activities for employees.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters / MBA / LL.B
  • PGDHRM will get additional preference.

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s)
