Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing attendance, payroll, benefit, disciplinary procedure etc. using HR software.
- Resolution of disputes in production floor time to time.
- Counseling for better performance in terms of attendance, behavior and productivity.
- Maintain confidential records, including personnel files.
- Checking relevant documents such as daily attendance report, leave application, joining letter, confirmation letter, increment letter etc.
- Coordinate training activities for employees.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters / MBA / LL.B
- PGDHRM will get additional preference.
Work Experience:
- At least 3 year(s)
