Direct Sales Executive (Asset Products)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Selling and Achieving monthly target of SME / Home loan disbursement set by the Management.
  • Direct Marketing of SME / Home Loan to customer through daily visits, meetings, phone calls, repeat communications, etc to grab potential client.
  • Preparing loan proposal and collect necessary documents for the SME/ Home Loan.
  • Providing necessary quality service to the clients.
  • Regular meet and greet to SME/ Home Loan clients of respective branch.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with Construction Builders and Real Estate Developers in order to increase sales for Home Loan.
  • Follow up investment application till disbursement or rejection with the practiced/agreed TAT (Time around time).
  • Monitor investment repayment and take proactive action in case of late repayment.
  • Any other activities as assigned by SME Division time to time.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate/Masters in any discipline.

Work Experience:

  • Fresher/ Candidate with related experience preferably in Non-banking Financial Institution/ Bank.
  • Product & Business knowledge.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Result oriented.
  • Customer focused.
  • Interpersonal skills.
