Roles & Responsibilities:
- Selling and Achieving monthly target of SME / Home loan disbursement set by the Management.
- Direct Marketing of SME / Home Loan to customer through daily visits, meetings, phone calls, repeat communications, etc to grab potential client.
- Preparing loan proposal and collect necessary documents for the SME/ Home Loan.
- Providing necessary quality service to the clients.
- Regular meet and greet to SME/ Home Loan clients of respective branch.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with Construction Builders and Real Estate Developers in order to increase sales for Home Loan.
- Follow up investment application till disbursement or rejection with the practiced/agreed TAT (Time around time).
- Monitor investment repayment and take proactive action in case of late repayment.
- Any other activities as assigned by SME Division time to time.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate/Masters in any discipline.

- Fresher/ Candidate with related experience preferably in Non-banking Financial Institution/ Bank.
- Product & Business knowledge.
- Effective communication skills.
