Roles & Responsibilities:
- Organize sales call & visits and present companys financial products to potential clients specially work with Home Loan Products to achieve periodic business target
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients and external parties to mobilize sales
- Prepare loan proposal and collect necessary documents from potential clients
- Provide best services to the clients to ensure superior customer experience
- Regular monitoring the repayment performance of existing clients and assist collection team as and when required
- Maintain High level of integrity and passion
- Regular reporting on business performance and maintain coordination with the stakeholders
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation/ Post Graduation with no 3rd Division/ Class in any level
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience is required in relevant filed
- High level mobility as the job required extensive visit/sales call in the market
- Competent in using MS Office applications
- Excellent inter-personal skills along with proficiency in English & Bangla
- Self-motivated, energetic & dynamic personality who can perform assigned task under pressure situation and ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner
- Proper understanding of NBFI and banking standards, products and services
