Roles & Responsibilities:

• Installing, configuring and repairing computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and cctv camera;
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, Antivirus and networks;
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone);
• Setting up accounts for new users;
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary;
• Testing new technology;
• Possibly training more junior staff members;
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services;
• Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments;
• Implement and troubleshoot redundant application solutions;
• Have knowledge in module wise software Implementation;
• Any sort of troubleshooting on CCTV/IP Camera, Biometric Finger, Attendances software & Access control Device;
• Installation, Configuration and Maintenance, Different types of , Mail Server ,Database Server, File Server Proxy server.

Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from reputed university.

Work Experience:

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

  • Residing near factory area is preferred;
