Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To assist GM-HR in routine day-to-day HRM operations.
  • To maintain liaison with departments / units/ agencies, institutions and individuals on mutual interest for smooth operation of HRM functions.
  • To assist in set proper KPI & monitor to implement.
  • To maintain & update HRIS related issues
  • Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction.
  • Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
  • Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organizations compliance.
  • Performance Management: Design, development and implementation of Crown Cement Group performance appraisal program and provides advice and recommendations to CCG management and staff.
  • Oversees the development and implementation of CCG core competencies, core values, and key performance measures into performance appraisal system. Analyzes and reports on measurement results.
  • Provides training to all levels of staff on performance management and systems and assist with developing and implementing CCG performance improvement plans.
  • Workforce Development and Succession Planning: Conducts assessments and gap analysis on employee skills and training. Assesses various staffing needs to determine methods to address current and future conditions, including retention management, realignment, recruitment planning, and career development. Assists with developing and identifying educational opportunities for employee development. May assist with change management initiatives by conducting readiness assessments, job-impact analysis, and skill and capability assessments.
  • Prepares communications to share tools and information with various stakeholders.
  • Provides back-up support to department staff and quality service to department customers.
  • Set the Organizations pay structure and benefits offerings and determine competitive wage rates and develop or modify compensation plans. Evaluate employee benefits policies to assess whether they are current, competitive, and legal.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • PGDHRM, KPI, PMP, HR Audit and others HR related international accredited certification will get preferences

Work Experience:

  • At least 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):<

    Others Requirements:

    • Age at most 45 years
    • Both males and females are allowed to apply
    • Minimum 10 years experience in related area in a reputed organization
    • Deep knowledge on Performance Management, KPI, Organizational Development, Talent management, Rewards management, HR Analytics and Bangladesh Labor Law.
    • Commitment to promote organizational values
    • Good interpersonal and liaison skills
    • Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner;
    • Good computer literacy
