Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Gather and utilize local Real Estate industry knowledge to identify and acquire prospective clients
  • Communicate with potential Land Owners as per Land Acquisition Philosophy of Bay
  • Communicate with prospective clients as per Sales Philosophy of Bay
  • Arrange visits and accompany potential clients to different projects of Bay to showcase their salient features
  • Process all sales documentation for both Commercial and Residential Projects
  • Respond to any Sales/Land queries and follow up accordingly
  • Prepare and maintain industry wise prospective client database
  • Conduct Market Survey on competition
  • Prepare and deliver Sales Presentations to Management on Sales Status on regular basis
  • Ensure development of Sales Brochures and other sales tools for ongoing and upcoming projects
  • Any other task assigned by the Management

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate from any reputed university, preferably with marketing background

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    • Age 24 to 28 years
    • Both males and females are allowed to apply
    • Knowledge on local Real Estate Industry
    • Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal)
    • People centric personality
    • Strong Negotiation Skills
    • Hardworking &Self motivated
    • MS Excel, MS Power point, MS Project
    • Knowledge on AutoCAD, Sketch Up, CorelDRAW would be beneficial
