Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Must be independent contributor, having good knowledge of the business opportunities in the functional area.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing & new customers and consultants in order to position the Company as a preferred partner.
  • Identifying and tracking opportunities well in advance and work with customer to understand their need, define future requirements.
  • Keeps management updated on key market conditions, competitors activity and any relevant problems in the territory through regular reporting.
  • Identify the needs of current and prospective customers. Works with the sales / tendering team when appropriate, to introduce, recommend, present and/or demonstrate our products, solutions and services that will meet the customers need.
  • Gather the feedback from existing clients on the companys services and share with the internal teams.
  • Take lead in marketing communications and lead generating activities to further develop the brand in the market place.
  • Build positive working relationship with existing clients for repeat business
  • Identify the new business areas and enhance sales accordingly.
  • Fault finding and servicing of the sold equipment.
  • Any other job assignment assigned by the Management from time to time.

Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/ Automobile/ Power Engineering.

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following Market segment(s): Textile/Pharmaceutical/Steel/Food
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Air Compressor/Forklift/Diesel Generator/Industrial Filter/Industrial Pump etc.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, with a track record of new business development/ Sales/Key Account Mgmt.
  • Shall be proactive, innovative and energetic;
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skill;
  • Should have analytical abilities;
  • Very good command in computer operating.
  • Communication skills in English and Bangla.
  • Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the Organization.
  • Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities.
  • Ability and willingness to travel is a must; frequent and regular visits to prospects and customers
  • Flexibility to travel anywhere in the country.
