Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring proper both way flow of communication between Workers and Management.
- Conduct workers orientation training.
- Look after occupational health and safety issues for the assigned area.
- Handling employee grievance and counseling.
- Carrying out floor visit (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues.
- Handling grievances at the initial stage.
- Listening to workers and counseling them as well.
- Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance.
- Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company.
- Checking complaint/suggestion boxes to share the notes, if any, with the concerned management.
- Deal with wages and employment matters by joint consultation with the management and workers representative body.
- Promote healthy labor management practices.
- Keep co-ordination with the medical officer for better services and treatment of the workers.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline

- Age 25 to 30 years
