Senior Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Senior Sales Executive, Hospital Division
  • Generating new sales leads from Hospitals
  • Independent direct sales visits and support with dealer network anywhere in Bangladesh
  • Meeting monthly and annual sales target
  • On site customer technical demonstrations and product training
  • Direct promotion and sales of key capital equipment product lines
  • Assisting at seminars, training courses and product launches
  • Attending and organizing local exhibitions
  • Make sure that the communication is clear and trustfully.
  • Provide a report through CRM immediately after each visit
  • Update the CRM customer data base after each visit
  • Ensure that the customer received all the information he requested
  • Report to the management any problems
  • Provide all the necessary information to the sales coordinator to updated customer data base
  • Provide supervisory and technical support to colleagues and communicate with staff at all levels.
  • Ensure that guidelines and standards of work expected by Esco are understood and met.
  • Ensure that follow-up work requirements are referred back to the appropriate staff within Esco to enable necessary action and recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times, consistent with client and company expectations, and in doing so help to promote the image of the Company.
  • Set a good example to colleagues by observing and obeying all company rules and regulations, complying with all site regulations, and safeguarding Company property.
  • Set a good example to colleagues by completing all necessary Company documentation punctually and in accordance with any guidelines or schedules issued (including Time Sheets, Staff Expense Claims, site reports, etc.).
  • Attend all training courses and meetings as required by Esco and oversee development of colleagues.
  • Provide support and co-operation to the management and to colleagues, and be prepared and willing to help and contribute to the success of the company at all times.
  • Should have good IQ skills

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Lifescience, Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
  • B.Sc in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry and Pharmacy from reputed university.

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    • Age 24 to 30 years

    • Fluency in Speaking and Writing in English
    • Skill on MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing & CRM Software
