Junior Executive/ Executive - Human Resources

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Carry out the recruitment & selection process.
  • Employee database management and personnel filing & managing HR-related database.
  • Verify documents, Address, and reference of the selected candidates before joining session through proper channel.
  • Prepare and issue appointment letter, confirmation letter, Increment /Promotion letter, Salary Certificate, Pay Slip to the employee of the organization.
  • Provide all sorts of logistic support (ID Card, Visiting Card) for new joiners and coordinate with other functions.
  • Maintenance & decoration of file as per section wise with update manner.
  • Update insurance list with the inclusion & exclusion of employees.
  • Keep a record of the migrated employee list as per instruction.
  • Able to manage departmental activities efficiently & Any other tasks is assigned by the Management.

Educational Qualification:

  • BBA/ MBA in Business Administration, Major in Human Resource Management.

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Age 25 to 35 years
    • Both males & females are encouraged to apply.
    • A self-driven individual who enjoys being part of a collaborative, strategic process.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and Bangla).
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Ms-Word, Ms-Excel, Ms-Powerpoint), Typing skill in Bangla & English.
    • High level of professional integrity.
    • Fair knowledge of techniques of interviewing, selecting and recruiting applicants for employment.
