Roles & Responsibilities:
- Visit regularly external customers i.e. dealers, retailers and all levels of customers and workshops to get regular market information.
- Generate and win new customers to achieve companys sales target
- Plan, organize, and monitor the dealers and customers activities to ensure the companys targeted sales objectives.
- Keep up data information of competitors products and ensure liaison with customers.
- Gather market data, understand industry trends, and accumulate in-depth product knowledge.
- Prepare periodic statements to show current status and future trends
- Extensive travel within the territory to maximize market coverage
Educational Qualification:
- Must be Graduate in any discipline or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Chemical Engineering from any reputed institutes.
Work Experience:
- 2 to 3 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age 22 to 35 years
- Technical back ground or experienced candidates will get preference.
- 2 - 3 year(s) in related field sales.
- Experience in welding electrode sales will get preference.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area with work experience certificate(s): Sales/ Marketing of FMCG, Hardware items.
- Smart, honest, transparent, and self-motivated
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
