Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager (Corporate Sales & Development)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for business development of electronics, electrical & electric product especially in corporate sectors
  • To take all necessary initiatives to develop corporate channel.
  • Market analysis and proposing sales target and operating sales promotion
  • To conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitors activities and continuously search for new opportunities to increase corporate sales
  • To develop strategies for all level campaigns, managing events, maintaining online marketing.
  • Present and future market trend of Bangladesh of electrical, electronics and electric products and suggesting for the marketing policy.
  • To lead a marketing team to achieve periodical target
  • Must submit daily/ weekly/monthly activities report to the top management

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation from any reputed Public University.
  • Having MBA (major in Marketing) / BSc in EEE will be given preferenc

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Age at least 25 years
    • Candidates must have sales administration experience especially in corporate sectors
    • Experience on Electronics and electrical home appliances (White goods) marketing will be given preference
    • Should have sound knowledge on govt. and non govt. tender related works.
    • Good product knowledge of electrical, electronics and electric product and Manufacturing Process.
    • Should have sound decision making and problem-solving skill.
    • Good communication & inter-personal skills, leadership & team building qualities
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Should have sound IT knowledge.
    • Must be proactive in nature & self-motivated.
