Assistant Manager - Compliance

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Formulate all corporate policies related to HR/ Social compliance following local laws and international standards.
  • To face 3rd party social audits, brand visit related to social compliance.
  • To take necessary initiative for making Corrective Action Plan (CAP).
  • To conduct risk assessment relates to Social Compliance issues.
  • To update all social compliance related documents/ registers as per owners buyers, off takers, financiers, and any other stakeholders requirements.
  • To maintain, monitor, update and communicate any updates on labor and ethics laws, as well as customer requirement.
  • Carry out regular Social Compliance Internal Audit in the Business Unit and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof along with CAP.
  • Prepare and update assessment of Labor Laws requirement from Social Compliance point of view.
  • Directly conduct training on Compliance & Social Compliance
  • To deal with CSR activities
  • To be responsible for any HR related issues.
  • Help Business HR Personnel in implementing HR Compliance related issues.
  • Perform all Social Compliance responsibilities of Arbab Group.
  • To ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of International Standard.
  • Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management.
  • To ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
  • To ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
  • Any other job assigned by the Management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • PGD in HRM will get preference.
  • Preferred Professional Certification: Diploma in Social Compliance

Work Experience:

  • 8 to 10 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age 35 to 40 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Excellent inter personal skills.
  • Very good in team work.
  • Graduates from Public Universities will be given priority
