Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth functioning of the branch and follow banking norms.
- Minimization of exposures to and impact of operational risks inherent in Branch Operations.
- Quality leadership of Branch Operations translating into conducive work environment and employee satisfaction. This will encompass performance management and staff development for maximum productivity of employees.
- Application of established policies, processes, procedures and tools in achieving compliance requirements, optimal efficiency, resource utilization and cost containment.
- Monitor the branch targets and strategize to acquire new accounts and expand existing accounts by offering various financial products and services to the customer.
- Responsible for monitoring business, compliance and operations.
- Executing any other duties as and when required by the Management or Branch Manager.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
- 3 to 7 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age at most 40 years
- 3-7 years practical experience of working in any reputed scheduled Bank as Deputy Manager/Operations Manager.
- Candidates who recruited through Management Trainee (MTO) Program in the Bank will be given preference.
