Roles & Responsibilities:
- To develop and Implement Admin & Compliance policies and ensure they are in line with organizational practices and communicate with top management. Managing counseling & motivational tools in the workplace;
- To conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation. Ensure practice of legal aspects in the factory.
- Resolve employees grievance, stress / conflict management in a proactive manner.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of Admin, compliance and welfare activities. Managing administrative works of the factory and discipline in the factory.
- To ensure effective management of recruitment, performance management and succession planning. Ensure regular training and awareness programme,
- To ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism. Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security. Maintaining coordination with safety, fire and security teams to ensure safety and security in the factory complex;
- To ensure all facilities involving health & safety specially fire safety measures and procedures. Managing health, safety, security, and environment issues in the factory;
- To implement and monitor different buyers Code of Conduct and various compliance issues.
- Preparing, organizing and managing factory audits as per buyer requirements including various type of audit like Social, Environmental, Technical, FCCA, GMP, WRAP, BSCI, SCS, C-TPAT, and WCA etc
- Liaison with buyer, compliance auditor, BGMEA, Fire & Civil Defense, Labor Office, local govt. offices etc. (DC, Industrial Police, RAB, Local police station, Titas gas, DESA, DESCO, WASA, etc.);
- Organize weekly review meeting with heads of all concern department and keep record meetings proceedings.
- Any other tasks as assigned by management.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

- Age at least 28 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Must have knowledge on ACCORD, ALLIANCE Audit.
- Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
- Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
- Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented, excellent in inter-personal & communication skills, and have computer knowledge.
- Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law.
