Roles & Responsibilities:
- •Conduct UMAS class according to lesson plan. (authorized C.I only)
- •Evaluate students assignments and written works.
- •All curriculum responsibilities related to student’s exam, parents dealing and other duties as per position requires.
- •Help students to understand the course related queries or explanations.
- •Checking student work, ensuring students are fully prepared for the exams at any time.
- •Meeting with existing parents, frequently arrange seminars and workshop
- •Keep track of individual students overall progress report.
- •Provide day to day observation.
- •Use a wide variety of appropriate teaching strategies & resources.
- •Reporting and Record-Keeping.
- •Maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues and others.
- •Works as a team.
- •Active participation in school and/or relevant sectors.
- •Proactively develop sales oriented training module and education plan all over the Bangladesh.
- •Assist in the communicating with Market and National Franchisee to implement the guidance from worldwide within 80+ countries and provide the feedback from the front line market.
- •For organization’s growth you need to accelerate innovative marketing ideas.
- •Regularly upgrade the market database to optimize the daily operation.
- •Write content and online media marketing strategy
- •Responsible for Sales, Collection and promotional activities as per company policy.
- •Achieve companys goal through Direct Sales.
- •Respond to the prospects and clients query.
- •Prepare sales and marketing strategy.
- •To create & nurture potential clients pipeline.
- •Must manage the relationship with our existing/future clients.
- •Have to follow orders & execute accordingly.
- •To handle high volume of service related matters with dedication and honesty.
- •Convince to students & parents with motivational capability.
- •Applicants must have ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
- •Student Counseling for foreign participations worldwide
- •To prepare the Business Development Framework.
- •Ability to handle telephone, email, social media inquiries from prospective students independently and timely.
- •Checking qualifications, eligibility of the admission, follow institutes application processing systems.
- •Organize and present course fee structure, intake deadline, entry requirements for upcoming intake.
- •Assists the mentor in the daily tasks development and plan execution.
- •Maintain & analysis Excel data as per instruction and supervision of Head of the Department.
- •Analysis and Requirements of business processes.
- •To maintain accurate documentation for relevant activities.
- •Identify key entry points for engagement with the key factors of the provided sector.
- •Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- •Enthusiastic & Challenging mind set up is required.
- •Willing to work independently as according to Management Guideline.
- •Capable of developing market rapidly with challenge and also capable to Set-Up Total Market Structure.
- •Great Leadership quality and willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
- •Good Computer skill is required in MS Office Packages.
- •Have to have the capabilities to communicate in English as well as Bangla.
- •Working hour could be 9.00 am to 10.00 pm sometimes.
- •Only weekend is Sunday. Friday and Saturday are mandatory working day.
- •Work under pressure.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
- North South University,American International University Bangladesh,East West University,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference
- Skills Required: Sales, Education

- 1 to 5 year(s)
