Assistant Executive, Procurement & Payment Processing

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Ensure procurement of Products and services and provide logistic support as deemed necessary considering budget. Payment & Claim Processing of internal and external customers, vendors and stakeholders within stipulated timeline & approved process.
  • Cost Control: Cost savings initiative to be taken. Price negotiation, Direct purchase, service re-modelling etc. to achieve strategic business goal considering strategic business goal.
  • Audit & Compliance: Controlling risk by maintaining compliance and due diligence. Ensuring no high-risk and repeat observation. Following approved policy standard practices meticulously.
  • Process Re-engineering: Follow and identify effective service model for smooth service delivery and regular operational activities which requires process reengineering of existing workflow.
  • Voluntary Contributions: Active participation in initiatives of the company to achieve organizational goal & developing values. Setting benchmark for work within industry practice.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)
