Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare all types of HR related letter (Requrement, Training, Transfer, promotion etc.) as per management requirements.
- Manage all Admin & HR related documentation, letters and files by both soft copy and hard copy.
- Arrange & coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes and ensure the distribution of the meeting minutes to all concerned.
- Provide technical support, trainings to field staff for proper documentation as according to donor and RDS standards.
- Look after Employee Relations affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities
- Maintain stock and pity cash of head office.
- Communicate Gov. and NGO office independently.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters in Social Science(MSS)/ M.B.A/ English.
Work Experience:
Others Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only females are allowed to apply
- Able to write and speak English fluently.
- Proficiency in the use of computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, E-mail and statistical packages.
