    Others Requirements:

    • Responsible for Recruitment & Selection, Placement, Training & Development, Attendance & Salary Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Leave Management, HR Administration, Fire, Health & Safety Management etc.
    • Taking disciplinary action and handling grievance issues
    • To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staff and safeguard the facility against labour unrest and conflict.
    • Communicate and maintain relationship with govt. agencies like Fire & Civil defense department, Labor Office, Police Station,
    • Preparation/issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR & Administrative issues
    • Ensuring safety measures in factory and issues like House-keeping, Cleanliness, Waste Management, Safety Management etc.
    • Ensuring the functions of security personnel and taking necessary action to improve their performance
    • Performing the activities of Safety & Fire like regular training, Fire Fighting/Fire Drill etc.To maintain daily attendance including finger print.
    • To maintain & update all sorts of leave.
    • To check fooding bill, conveyance bill etc.
    • To ensure entire house cleaning & maintain check list.
    • To check the employees IN & OUT register daily.
    • Transport management and maintenance.
    • Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
    • Implement & follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all officers, staff and workers in the factory.
    • Preparation/issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR & Administrative issues
    • Ensuring safety measures in factory and issues like House-keeping, Cleanliness, Waste Management, Safety Management etc.

    Others Benefit:
