Roles & Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and yearly deposit target and portfolio growth
• Ensure and meet repeat collection target and follow-up
• Ensure retention of mature encashment and reduction of premature encashment
• Perform daily sales visit and report through official Mobile Application
• Check and submit deposit form and ensure correction of information in the form
• Supervise, monitor, and train branch team & team members
• Resolve branch team liability audit/compliance issues, integrity issues and disciplinary issues
• Develop Business in favor of the assigned branch and product

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Skills Required: Business development, Liability Sales

Work Experience:

• 1 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Sa

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Should be smart, energetic, dynamic and proactive
