Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, Legal affairs.
- Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR & Admin issues
- Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction.
- Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work.
- Ensure security of properties, premises & personnel.
- Arrange & manage vehicle/delivery van for ensuring effective delivery system.
- Follow up disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance.
- Reporting and following any other tasks assigned and given by top authority.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
- PGD in HRM will be prefer.
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age 23 to 35 years
