Roles & Responsibilities:
- Must have experience in ISP Company.
- Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Monitors overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Takes proper steps for the management of the organization.
- Ensures legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Oversees and manages a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assesses training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Conducts HR Audit to the sister concerns.
- Ensures timely recruitment (the incumbent must have experience in massive recruitment).
- Reports to Apex Management on regular basis.
- Travels extensively to monitor and evaluate the performance of the key personnels of 32 branch offices of Saic Group.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
- Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
- Skills Required: Administration, ISP, Recruitment & Selection, Travelling
Work Experience:
- 5 to 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

- Proven working experience on the field of Human Resources Management.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Knowledge of HRIS system and databases.
- Ability to articulate strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Knowledge on labor law.
- Willingness to travel outside Dhaka frequently (At least 10 days in a month).
- Able to achieve targets.
