Senior Manager/ Manager - Human Resources & Administration

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Must have experience in ISP Company.
  • Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Monitors overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Takes proper steps for the management of the organization.
  • Ensures legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Oversees and manages a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assesses training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Conducts HR Audit to the sister concerns.
  • Ensures timely recruitment (the incumbent must have experience in massive recruitment).
  • Reports to Apex Management on regular basis.
  • Travels extensively to monitor and evaluate the performance of the key personnels of 32 branch offices of Saic Group.
  • Any other task assigned by the Management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
  • Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
  • Skills Required: Administration, ISP, Recruitment & Selection, Travelling

  • 5 to 8 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    • Age 35 to 50 years

    • Must have strong personality.
    • Proven working experience on the field of Human Resources Management.
    • People oriented and results driven.
    • Knowledge of HRIS system and databases.
    • Ability to articulate strategy along with leadership skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
    • Knowledge on labor law.
    • Willingness to travel outside Dhaka frequently (At least 10 days in a month).
    • Able to achieve targets.
