Senior Executive - Sales& Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to visit prospective customers regularly to generate prospective LEAD to meet the sales Target as per ABP
  • Maintain liaison with the office of the TOP level prospective corporate Clients to obtain their appointment
  • Able to brief in details about the project & fix date for visit & Meeting with Cluster Head Create proper data base of prospective corporate customers
  • Must be able to organize & collect data from various Corporate events &fair
  • Coordinate meetings & with potential clients & organize visits at the project
  • Perform door to door visit to identify new business opportunities & submit report accordingly
  • Assist Superior in preparing various report to line manager

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • MBA (Preferably in Marketing) from any reputed University

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age at most 28 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Corporate Sales, Digital Marketing, Real Estate Marketing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Real Estate, Developer, Group of Companies
  • Candidates having relevant work experience in Real Estate Company are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Portray effective leadership to ensure positive customer experience through motivating and inspiring team work.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment
