Retail Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Screening, Searching & Sorting promoter
  • Attendance Monitoring & daily report collection.
  • Train up TBP & TSP about the products knowledge, features and sales technique, reporting, POSM, etc.
  • Identify knowledge gap and develop training content to increase sales potentiality through TBP/TSP.
  • Visit the shops within jurisdiction, check and solve the problems, on-the-job training for TBP, follow prescribe format and report accordingly.
  • Stuff management: Follow up promoters sales target, daily job, training, performance, award policy, team building.
  • Spend specific time every week to sale products in those low sales shops. So as to improve the sales practical ability.
  • Promotion management: Apply the promotion, do promotion, and report.
  • Shop management: Open new shop, decoration, display, visibility work.
  • POSM management: Demo phone, gifts, visibility materials apply, deliver, record, management.
  • Collect competitors information and the trend of technology development and develop training materials to compete competitor product.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation in any discipline from any reputed University.

Work Experience:

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Age at most 30 years
    • Only males are allowed to apply
    • Candidates having experience with Mobile Industry will be given preference
