Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish, control and follow-up a modern/industry standard corporate administration policies and implementation.
- The incumbent will Plan, Lead, Supervise and Execute all HR and Administrative responsibility predefined as well as assigned by the management time to time.
- Establish a corporate level oversight and control on digitalized HR practices i.e. Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Selection, Termination and overall HR operations within different business areas of the company
- Develop, Update and Implement a comprehensive service rule in compliance with Labour Act, Labour Rule and other industry specific standards and compliance
- Responsible for strategic HR planning, succession planning, staffing and motivating employees in consultation with the Management and Plant HR heads
- Regular conduct of Manpower Planning, Prepare Corporate and factory/plant level Organogram and establish line relationship in consultation with unit heads and top management
- Develop and implement a suitable performance appraisal system
- Implement of effective HR pay roll system.
- Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management & Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes.
- Follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel in the factory.
- Follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs work
- Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
- Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview
- Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, confirmation related work.
- To develop, upgrade and implement HR policies, guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.
- Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental enquiry & grievance.
- Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives, education allowance, Tiffin bill, Final settlement bill etc
- To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
- Ensure security of plant, properties, premises & personnel.
- Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc on administrative issues.
- Maintain rapport with the local bodies, buyer representatives and govt. agencies.
- Ensure administrative policy & procedure for smooth running in the factory.
- Update all license, certificates
- Follow up hygienic issues
- Ensure administrative related MIS are properly maintain, update
- Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline
- PGD PM/ PGDHRM/ MBA Major in HRM/ LLB/ LLM will be given preference.
- Preferred Professional Certification: PGD HRM or PGD PM
- Skills Required: Admin, Communication skills, COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE, Legal Compliance Code of Conduct, Negotiation, Performance & Career Mana

- 8 to 10 year(s)

Others Requirements:
- Age 35 to 40 years

- Strong knowledge on Labour law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015
- Good command in both written and spoken English
- Good inter-personal & communication skills
