Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Administer work rules fairly and objectively. Maintain management role and perspective while being sensitive to employee position.
  • Responsible for overseeing the entire Safety and Security aspects of the factory compound.
  • Ensuring safety and Security of the employees working in different projects/ areas.
  • Have to Look after the Security Management, Physical Security, Security Operations,
  • Using intelligence also have to provide early warning about any risk factors of the industries
  • Communicate policies and procedures to employees at all levels.
  • Develop a rapport with employees and maintain approachability
  • Recruitment of employees
  • Grievance Handling
  • Provide counsel to employees on disciplinary issues, work related issues, career enhancement and developmental opportunities within the company.
  • Maintain the Employee Relations Strategy for the location and organize periodic updates with Production & Plant Staff,

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Administration

Work Experience:

  • 15 to 20 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Age 42 to 50 years
    • Only males are allowed to apply
    • Someone who has worked in a garment manufacturing environment with 15-17 years of relevant experience.
    • Needs to have good computer skills
    • Applicants with Army or Similar Background preferred
    • A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment.
    • Good communication skills - English.
