GM (Marketing & Sales)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Day to day sales monitoring for all sales team members.
  • Accountable for his own sales team performance.
  • Developing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly and monthly updates in connection to the companys yearly business plan.
  • To be responsible for leading the Sales team(s) to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
  • Ensure team sales activities by implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly action plan and evaluate with the top management.
  • Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team.
  • Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
  • Regular analysis of sales trends & upcoming with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
  • Proposing & implementing sales promotion.
  • Market analysis for correct strategies development for sales and pricing.
  • To participate in any other activities when required as part of management

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in any discipline/ MBA (Marketing) will be preferable.

Work Experience:

  • At least 15 year(s)

  • Age at most 45 years
