Roles & Responsibilities:
- Day to day sales monitoring for all sales team members.
- Accountable for his own sales team performance.
- Developing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly and monthly updates in connection to the companys yearly business plan.
- To be responsible for leading the Sales team(s) to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
- Ensure team sales activities by implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly action plan and evaluate with the top management.
- Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team.
- Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
- Regular analysis of sales trends & upcoming with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
- Proposing & implementing sales promotion.
- Market analysis for correct strategies development for sales and pricing.
- To participate in any other activities when required as part of management.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline/ MBA (Marketing) will be preferable.
Work Experience:
- At least 15 year(s)
