Manager (Finance)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and establishing sound and transparent Accounting, Financial and Internal control system for the company.
  • Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and available funds for investment.
  • Prepare and follow up Financial Reporting, review financial results, monitor & take action to ensure the profitability of the businesses.
  • Determine appropriate Finance strategies in all business segments towards maximizing the Company revenue.
  • Protect the integrity of the business by the systematic application of the Companys internal control procedures & ensure full compliance.
  • Handle External & Internal Audit as well as vast knowledge on Bangladesh Audit Standard and regulations.
  • Maintain liaison with the stakeholders to ensure accurate cross-billing and day-end reconciliations.
  • Verify all financial reports and ensure that all transactions are accurate and in compliance with local government regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the Company.
  • Maintain banking relationships.
  • Capable to prepare feasibility study of every new venture.
  • Preparation of Purchase & Procurement policy for the company.
  • Perform any other lawful assignment given by the Competent Management on emergency requirement basis.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum MBA concentrating in Finance from any reputed and recognized University.

Work Experience:

  • At least 8 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age at least 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Minimum 5 (five) years of relevant experience in Finance Department in a reputed Real Estate Company/MNC/Large local organization or Group of Company.
  • In-depth understanding of cash flow management.
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management.
  • Have vast knowledge on Income Tax and VAT.
  • Have in-depth knowledge on Internal Audit & standard regulations.
  • Presentable personality, well-groomed, courteous and excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Software i.e Tally or EPR.
  • Commendable documented communications proficiency both in spoken & written English and Bangla.
  • Strong Leadership skills & administrative capabilities are required to run the Finance activities smoothly.
  • Ready to work extra hours irrespective of Duty schedule based on emergency situations.
