Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and coordinate communication needs as per the strategies of the BRAC TB control programme, National Tuberculosis Control Programme (NTP) and respective donors
- Contribute by participating in important research, developing concept templates, testing of templates design and preparation of information, products/ IEC/ BCC/ SBCC materials for the target audience and donor requirements strongly adhering to the deadlines
- Maintain and update a database of important communication materials or reports for disseminating to relevant parties and concern authorities
- Organise and coordinate important liaison (especially with partners and donors) and ensure material development activities during internal and external seminars, media engagement, workshops and other important events
- Generate field specific materials to enhance programme visibility through photography, compiling stories, audio-visual templates etc.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters in Mass communication/ Development studies/ International Relations/ Media/ English/ Marketing or any other relevant subject from any recognised university/ institutions with minimum second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations.
Work Experience:
- At least 3 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in the field of programme communication, graphic design, content creation and campaign management. Candidates also having experience in knowledge management and report writing will be preferred.
- Sound knowledge of ACSM activities and SBCC campaigns
- Demonstrated skills in the Microsoft Office Package, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal communications and management skills
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities effectively and work in a team setting
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
