Business Development Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and clients.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and generate new client leads through creative prospecting, networking, community organizations and mixers, etc.
  • Create and present proposals to potential local and regional clients and follow up with professional and timely persistence.
  • Meeting with potential clients to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
  • Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
  • Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
  • Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
  • Recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
  • Skills Required: Sales, Advertising & Promotion, Branding, Corporate Marketing, Customer relationship, Marketing

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
