Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparing and establishing sound and transparent Accounting, Financial and Internal control system for the company.
- Monitoring all activities related to presentation & preparation of financial statements.
- Monitoring preparation of yearly budget as well as implementation and variance analysis.
- Managing Fund, liaising with the investors, banks, external govt bodies, forecasting Monthly and Quarterly business reviews.
- Planning for long-term and short-term capital requirements, controlling internal financial systems
- Preparation of Purchase & Procurement policy for the company.
- Performing other day-to-day financial and administrative activities of accounts & Finance department
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting, Master of Science (MSc) in Accounting
- Preferred Professional Certification: ACA,FCA
Work Experience:
- At most 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Others Requirements:
- Age at most 37 years
- A Certified Chartered Accountant with 5 years of proven track record is required for this position
- At least 2 years of minimum experience in mid mlevel positions
- In-depth understanding of cash flow management, investment fundraising, investor portfolio management, etc
- Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
