Roles & Responsibilities:
- To draft documents, loan documentation, credit documents, security documents, security registration to ensure compliance with internal regulations, procedures of NCCB and applicable laws.
- Understanding the entire credit process, including the approval of credit to borrowers, assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers, and credit review of existing borrowers.
- Ensuring all security documentation complies with the terms of approval and are legally enforceable.
- Staying up-to-date with the regulatory laws governing the credit industry and the current industry trends to know whether or not to approve specific types of loans.
- Supporting Panel Lawyers and Credit Committee of the Company regarding Vetting and Opinion.
- Conducting the field and onsite visits to verify the proper usage of loan amount.
- Track classified loan portfolio, management credit quality reviews and Risk Rating System.
- Providing support, credit information, and loan policies and procedures to ensure the quality of the Banks lending portfolio.
- Monitoring all loan/advances, documentation deficiencies, etc.
- Executing any other duties as and when required by the Management or Line Manager.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline

- Age at most 40 years
- 2-7 years practical experience of working in the Credit Administration Division of any reputed Bank.
- Candidates who have working experience in Centralized Credit Administration Division/Dept. will be given preference.
