Roles & Responsibilities:
- Regular and effective outdoor visit to existing and potential customers in showroom areas to increase the sales.
- Update customer database and put visit information in official format.
- Serve to walk in home appliances customers with satisfactory level of salesmanship.
- Prepare and send required reports to supervisor. The reports would be on daily, weekly and monthly basis regarding sales, collection, stock ,visit, customer database, monthly performance etc.
- Acquire product knowledge of own products as well as competitors product, price, feature and promotional activities.
- Send feedback to Head office regarding any local promotion carried out by competition.
- Ensure product delivery and installation within the committed time to the customers and coordinate after sales services to previous customers and build long term business relationship.
- Supervise other members activities of showroom and ensure their performance. Accountable for each and every activities of showroom operation i.e. Deposit confirmation, financial Activities, Cleaning, showroom key, showroom opening and closing time etc.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, Leadership Skill, Proficient in Microsoft office tools, Team player, time management
Work Experience:
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
