Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer work rules fairly and objectively. Maintain management role and perspective while being sensitive to employee position.
- Communicate policies and procedures to employees at all levels.
- Keep staff advised of key issues and concerns.
- Develop a rapport with employees and maintain approachability
- Recruitment of employees
- Maintain confidential records, including personnel files.
- Coordinate training activities for employees.
- Grievance Handling
- Provide counsel to employees on disciplinary issues, work related issues, career enhancement and developmental opportunities within the company.
- Maintain the Employee Relations Strategy for the location and organize periodic updates with Production Manager, Plant Staff, General Manager HR and other members of the General Management Team.
- Oversee local Administrative and PR activities
- Oversee the plant Health & Safety program, affirmative action plan, and all other statutory compliance issues.
- Perform other special projects and assignments as directed.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR, IR
Work Experience:
- 16 to 20 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age 38 to 45 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Someone who has worked in a garment manufacturing environment with 15-17 years of relevant experience.
- Needs to have good computer skills
- Applicants with Army or Similar Background preferred
- A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills - English
