Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Administer work rules fairly and objectively. Maintain management role and perspective while being sensitive to employee position.
  • Communicate policies and procedures to employees at all levels.
  • Keep staff advised of key issues and concerns.
  • Develop a rapport with employees and maintain approachability
  • Recruitment of employees
  • Maintain confidential records, including personnel files.
  • Coordinate training activities for employees.
  • Grievance Handling
  • Provide counsel to employees on disciplinary issues, work related issues, career enhancement and developmental opportunities within the company.
  • Maintain the Employee Relations Strategy for the location and organize periodic updates with Production Manager, Plant Staff, General Manager HR and other members of the General Management Team.
  • Oversee local Administrative and PR activities
  • Oversee the plant Health & Safety program, affirmative action plan, and all other statutory compliance issues.
  • Perform other special projects and assignments as directed.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR, IR

Work Experience:

  • 16 to 20 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age 38 to 45 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Someone who has worked in a garment manufacturing environment with 15-17 years of relevant experience.
  • Needs to have good computer skills
  • Applicants with Army or Similar Background preferred
  • A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills - English
