Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct awareness program on rules & regulations, policies & procedures, disciplines, safety, first aid and compliance related issues
- Collect the employees grievances and solve the grievances on top most priority basis
- Counsel the workers on company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline, absenteeism & turnover, disciplinary issues, safety, health & hygiene.
- Maintain corresponding Data Records, Log, and Registers for different areas of counseling as up to date and submit report to the supervisor
- Provide guidance on leave, incentives and any other legal benefits as applicable by law
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor/Masters degree in any discipline
- PGD in Compliance will get preference
- Skills Required: Welfare
Work Experience:
- 2 to 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
SoOthers Requirements:
- Age 26 to 30 years
- Only females are allowed to apply
- Applicants having experience in Garments Industry are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and good public relation
- Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law and other applicable laws & regulations
- Conversant with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation and email communication
