Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct awareness program on rules & regulations, policies & procedures, disciplines, safety, first aid and compliance related issues
• Collect the employees grievances and solve the grievances on top most priority basis
• Counsel the workers on company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline, absenteeism & turnover, disciplinary issues, safety, health & hygiene.
• Maintain corresponding Data Records, Log, and Registers for different areas of counseling as up to date and submit report to the supervisor
• Provide guidance on leave, incentives and any other legal benefits as applicable by law

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor/Masters degree in any discipline
• PGD in Compliance will get preference
• Skills Required: Welfare

Work Experience:

• 2 to 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

  Others Requirements:

  • Age 26 to 30 years
  • Only females are allowed to apply
