Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities
  • Demonstrate and present and sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
  • Organize and attend sales visits and daily reporting.
  • Maintain accurate sales record.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals; handle complaints or objections.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services.
  • Prepare report on goals, sales, and prospects
  • Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
  • Review of sales performance.
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical or Electric Electronics, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Skills Required: Computer skills, Corporate sales and Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Age 22 to 30 years
    • Both males and females are allowed to apply
    • Motorbike Driving Skill with license will be treated as advantage
    • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
    • Computer Skill in MS Word
    • Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English.
    • Strong interpersonal skill
    • Excellent communication skill
