Roles & Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities
- Demonstrate and present and sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
- Organize and attend sales visits and daily reporting.
- Maintain accurate sales record.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Negotiate and close deals; handle complaints or objections.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services.
- Prepare report on goals, sales, and prospects
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
- Review of sales performance.
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical or Electric Electronics, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Skills Required: Computer skills, Corporate sales and Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Others Requirements:
- Age 22 to 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Motorbike Driving Skill with license will be treated as advantage
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Computer Skill in MS Word
- Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English.
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Excellent communication skill
