Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To implement pertinent procedures and Instructions of the Quality Management system to ensure compliance to Quality policy of the organization.
  • All work relating to the well being of the staff at plant. Take care of site based cleaning of site by the cleaners maintaining a good hygienic environment in the factory, supervision and counting of all fittings in the factory on daily basis and report to superior.
  • To submit daily statement of attendance of casual workers in the existing format.
  • To see the welfare of the graded staff as specified in the agreement and as per Law of the land.
  • To supervise the scraps sales and check the rates for proper sales.
  • To liaise with the union, neighbors and maintain a good rapport with the Union Executive and local administrative authorities to ensure smooth industrial relations and operation on the factory.
  • To see welfare of the workers at plant and ensure "No Dispute"
  • To keep all the staff records of the factory.
  • To initiate and finalize all Annual appraisal of graded staff, contractual and security of the factory as per concert GM, HR & Admin
  • To supervise all affairs of the Canteen dry marketing as and when required cost effectively.
  • To ensure proper arrangement of uniforms for all the staff of the factory and supervise the cleanliness of all staff uniforms.
  • To check overtime record sheets all the staff.
  • To organize a network so that all theft and pilferage of the factory can be controlled.
  • Allocation of transport to the users, maintaining separate vehicle history register for each vehicle in consultation with GM, HR & Admin.
  • To liaise with Labor contractor so that no unnecessary labors exists in the factory.
  • Any other responsibility assigned by the GM, HR & Admin & plant head.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Work Experience:

  • 7 to 12 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Age 28 to 45 years
